We had a very nice supper last night with granddaughter Genie and her fiance Alec. We had a great visit and exchanged the perfect gifts for all. 👍
Today it is just a nice quiet day for Dan, Molly and I. There is nothing like a fresh blanket of snow to make for a peaceful Christmas Day.
We are home. We are warm, safe, and well fed. We are thinking of all those trying to move by plane, train, or automobile this weekend. 😔💓

That is a downy blanket of snow! Sun’s out here and it is 34, so a small amount has melted, but with only a dusting in the first place it doesn’t take long!

Merry Christmas! I am glad you are enjoying the snow. Our Pyreneese puppy is loving it. We had a job shovelling ourselves out yesterday but my husband did the bulk of it and he got it all done.

I hope your sister-in-law and her family are okay. I heard that the area around Prince Edward County got hit pretty hard. We got quite a bit of snow, but it was the wind that made the roads very treacherous. The weather is supposed to warm up, so it looks like most of our snow will be melting over the next few days. Enjoy the rest of your holidays!
