I have a few random notes to put out there today.
First off, I had a follow up appointment at Ambulatory Care for my broken arm this morning. Everything is healing in place! I do not have to wear my sling indoors anymore! Dr. S. gave me a couple of more exercises to do to regain use of my arm. I go back in two weeks and I think that is when I start therapy. 🤗

Meanwhile our mild 2023 weather is holding for another week! Temperatures are in Celsius, but they are hanging around the freezing/melting point (32 degrees F) and we have sunshine!

One last bit… This post by ‘A Brave Soul’ came up on my Facebook feed yesterday and I thought it was pretty cool. 👍

Take care and have a great day! 💞🌞
All wonderful news! You are looking good, the weather is looking good, and I love that saying! The sun is shining here again as well, and the temps have been in the 60s and 70s (F) most of the week. There was a humongous rain storm last night, but it is clear and blue this morning.

Thank you, Sue! Your comments are always so kind. 🤗 I am glad your temperatures are mild and that you have sunshine. We are a couple of months away from any notable rainstorms (unless freezing rain is notable?). I prefer the summer sheets of rain with thunder and lightning. ⛈️

Thank you, Mags. I am glad to be rid of the sling. I went all day without it and did the exercises the doctor recommended today. I am sore and tired but hopefully things will get a bit better every day. 🤗. Have a good night, Mags. 💞💫

Thank you, Dorothy! It is wonderful but every graduation brings its own pain that must be worked through. Yesterday was rough (pain wise) but it is much better today. 👍
