I am home for the weekend and my husband is working a five day/twelve hour shift so I made him a puffed wheat cake. I went and bought baking supplies today so maybe tomorrow I will bake him some tarts. Neither of us need a lot of desert but he can always bring some to the guys who work with him on the mills. They get treats and we get variety. Sounds like a win, win to me!
