It is 81 days since I began my Daily Food Diary. This month I have been tracking my protein consumption. I obviously don’t have any trouble getting enough protein in my diet. With only a week to go of this particular exercise, we went all out yesterday.

It is Sunday today – a good day for relaxing and contemplating life. Dwight, one of my amigos, shared a quotation yesterday that made me think, so I decided to pass it on today…

It depends on where you look. I think there are a lot of beautiful great spaces throughout the city. There is also a lot of squalor and some seriously stupid art that we paid a fortune for.

Oh, do you mean wasted tax dollars! That seems to happen everywhere at some point. No city is perfect, especially Sin City…

What the heck are “dill pickle” peanuts??? They sound very addictive to me!

They are! They are like Dill Pickle potato chips only dry roast peanuts. My son Dan had Dill Pickle Almonds when we were there last. They were pretty impressive, too. π

You seem to have a lot of different brands from what I see in the USA. I will look for dill pickle peanuts and let you know if I am successful! Thanks!
