It is 82 days since I started my Daily Food Diary. With the arrival of spring, we have been getting out and about a lot more.
I love the fresh air and the opportunity to get out walking the trails around Regina. My only issue is that the more time I spend outside, the more calories I and protein I am consuming.
Reaching my ultimate weight goal, isn’t my biggest concern. However, I have to start working on scaling back or I will be heading in the wrong direction. That will be my focus for this week…. scaling back. ☺️

* Nobody tells Dan or Molly what to do. ☺️

Nice! I remember this time of year in Michigan.

Your spring looks a lot different than mine! Lol! Lots of tree pollen covering our cars and every other surface from all the trees and bushes blooming.

I wish! But we do have mud covering our vehicles and I am starting some plants in the house so …one day. We don’t get much tree pollen but in the fall we get drifts and drifts of seed pods. 🙄

Seed pods?! That sounds interesting! We don’t get anything in the fall. It’s always the spring.

Looks like a brisk walk! I don’t know too much about your part of Canada but nice to learn more about it!

I think they are from elm trees. They are everywhere and if you miss picking up any they root and are a pain to pull out.

Thank you! It is a lot warmer than it was a few weeks ago. Canada is a huge country with every landscape and weather you can imagine. Where we are, it is mostly flat plains. Where are you from?

We’re in Toronto.

I didn’t realize you were in Canada! We have only been there once, a few years ago. We loved Ontario and the people were amazing. Saskatchewan doesn’t have the big cities, but quite honestly we don’t have your stunning scenery either.

I hope to drive West one day and include passing by Saskatchewan and Manitoba on the way.

If you drive the Trans Canada from Toronto to BC, you will drive right through Regina where I live. 👍
