Today is Day 259 of my Daily Food Diary. That is a full 37 WEEKS! ππ I remember celebrating my first week in. I thought that was a major accomplishment at the time. π
I found a photo of my high school year book entry recently. (I have no idea why it is black and white. I am pretty sure color was a thing in 1973. π€¦)

Two things of note here:Β
It is funny how much I thought I knew when I graduated. π I was so naive and clueless but I thought I knew myself and everything about the world around me.
And… I still have no idea where I am going or where I will end upΒ (or what places this adventure will take me along the way).Β I do however, totally believe that I am on the right path. π

I am feeling great this morning but Molly and Dan went walking without me due to another foggy morning.Β I will be doing my aerobics, weights, and treadmill – indoors, with the dehumidifier doing its magic.

Depends on birthday.. Anyone born between January and June would have been 18. Anyone born July to December would have been 17.

Youβre looking great, Anne! My early 70βs high school yearbook pics are also in black and white. Iβm thinking itβs likely because thatβs the least expensive route for publication.

Thank you, Terry. I’m feeling great. You are probably right. I juggled my aerobics and weight workouts around visits from grandkids this morning. I’m excited to hit the treadmill tonight. πͺ

Good for you! I got in another βjust overβ 2 Km power walk in the fog. Itβs feeling better every day and I hope youβre having the same results, Anne π€

Way to go, Terry! I’m great but I did skip the foggy walk this morning. The one thing I will always have to work around is my asthma and it doesn’t like humidity.

Itβs funny how wise we used to think we are that age. Little did we know back then!
