Today is Day 346 of my Daily Food Diary. Only nineteen more days to go! π₯³
It is hard to believe there are only nineteen more days to go in 2025. Looking at everything that is scheduled to happen between now and 2026, I’m not at all sure how it will happen… π―
Today my win is an easy one… once again my husband Dan is front and centre!Β Yesterday, he spent the morning with me at theΒ pre-surgery clinic,Β followed by taking me out for lunch, followed by going to pick up the groceries we needed.Β This morning he is off for a walk with Molly.Β It is Minus 32Β° Celsius without the windchill.Β That is bloody cold!

My Daily Food Diary win for the day is an easy one as well..
Balance and sustainability… when it comes to creating a new lifestyle, I leaned that it had to be doable and flexible to meet the needs of the day, while keeping mindful of the overall goal. Yesterday’s Diary entry was all about keeping it real. It was not a fail (calorie or nutritional wise) – it was just about focussing on protein and simple and fun. I’ll take that as a win. π

2025 blew by like the SR-71 aircraft. It stinks, doesn’t it? I hope your days will warm up a little, Anne. Wow!!

Somehow we do – at least we are past the bundling infants and toddler stage. That was rough.

Oh my! Molly wearing that hat made me laugh right out loud, Anne. I think you said sheβs Great Pyrenes. Iβm sure she appreciates the cold. Our daughter has a GP/Great Dane cross and he loves the cold weather.

So does Molly. That is Dan’s hat (but she wears it better π). Your daughters dog must be gorgeous. I hope it isn’t the epitome of an independent Great Dane.
