Happy Valentine’s Day!Β Wishing everyone a day of Love, Peace, and Happiness. π

I love the color of those roses! They are so pretty. Neither of us NEEDS the chocolates, but they are nice to have. π
Hopefully the desk calendar will help Dan and I decide what to have for suppers, going forward.Β Β I know how fortunate we are to have such a decision to make – but somehow it is typically our most difficult decision of the day!
Today is also the FORTH ANNIVERSARY of the day I began my Health and Fitness Journey!

It has been a rough, winding, amazing journey so far.
During these past four years I have struggled through countless setbacks and celebrated even more unimaginable benefits.
The most unexpected SETBACK was getting knocked to the ground by our Pyrenees puppy and breaking my left arm.Β Β It was the first (and only)Β bone I haveΒ broken in seventy years and I may be the only sibling of the six of us who has broken a bone.Β

The most awesomeΒ BENEFIT that I have experienced so far has been realizing how much potential grows as we do!Β Physically, mentally, emotionally,Β and spiritually I am so much stronger than I was four years ago.Β Β And, I possess so much more potential than I dreamed possible four years ago!
As far as I have come in the past four years, I cannot imagine what lies ahead for me!

That is it for today.Β Take care and have a great day! π€π
Happy valentines day Anne Marie! And happy 4th anniversary to you here’s to many more healthy years ahead!

Aw!! It seems its the small dogs that are the most adorable and have the biggest hearts. On my bike ride today, a small dog noticed me passing by and wanted to bite me but its leash said nope!

Kat was awful with bikes when I walked her. Molly doesn’t waste her time. She goes nuts on Fedex trucks. π

π Molly would enjoy my HOA, there are Fedex, UPS and Amazon vehicles in here a few times a day! Abot two weeks ago a dog almost got hold of my foot or angle, I stopped, turned around and had some very choice words for the woman. She didn’t have anything to say…
