Today is the 29th Day of my June ‘Accent the Positive’ challenge and today I am celebrating my country ‘Canada‘.
Although Canada is not immune to the issues currently affecting most other countries in the world, there is much to celebrate if one is Canadian.
In my mind, we are the perfect blend of nature’s glory and modern convenience.

Canada truly has virtually anything one could hope for – from vibrant city life to laid back country living. We have coast to coast highways and your choice of international airports. We have a vibrant economy and extensive social programs. We have strong support for arts and sciences.
I feel very fortunate to be Canadian. I may hope to travel to other countries one day, but I will always want to come home to Canada! 🇨🇦
That is it for today! Twenty nine days down and only one more to go!
Have a great day and I hope to see you tomorrow! 💞
Great photos, Annmarie. I wish I were Canadian, I love Canada! I hope that someday we will have your medical services, our system is a joke.

We are lucky! But I do get kind of jealous looking at all the photos from the USA. You have a lot of places I would love to visit.

You can start with visiting Las Vegas, but do come in the cooler months. It’s 105 here right now, actually a normal temperature here in summer!

Yes, I think waiting would be a good idea!

I learned something new about Canada today 🙂 Thank you for posting, Anemarie 🙂
I knew tiny bits about Canada, more like visual clues, from Dan Antion’s weekly posts on Thursday Doors, over at his ‘nofacilities’ blog, and from Kathy Reichs books 😉
An entire month focused on positivity, what an inspired thought! We need it more than ever.
Happy to follow 🙂

Thank you, Patricia! There is much more to Canada than what I put in my blog but you get the gist of it. We are a very modern, but very natural country. There is a lot of diversity in our population, but most people are very down to earth and caring. I typically try to keep my blog upbeat. There are so many struggling around the globe right now, I don’t think I need to put any more gloom in their lives.
Thank you for the follow! 💞

I think this is what’s making Canada stand out, its diversity, modern lifestyle and those incredible expanses of green 🙂
I was just talking to my daughter the other day, about trying to focus on positive, especially on social media. But young people think they know it all…
I admire your daily blogging to meet your positivity goal for the month 🙂
Looking forward to your last post.
What will your theme be next month?
Great pleasure, thank you for following my blog too.
Pat (from across two ponds! Ha ha) xx

Yes about talking to young
people. I am very close toy oldest granddaughter. I try to help her choose her priorities wisely and she laughs and says – I know!! I just don’t do!
I have a plan for July to bring focus to the magic moments in our lives. Just those little things that make bad times better and good times great. 😉
Take care! Anne 💞
