Molly has been with us for one solid week! Only 94 weeks until she is out of puppyhood and into being the best all grown up doggy we could hope for.
We have had a few minor glitches – chewing is obviously going to be a big one for her to get over, but so far she has not destroyed anything major. Not for lack of trying, but hopefully she will get the hang of chew toys.
Other than the chewing thing, Molly is doing good. She has quit stealing shoes and the bathmat! And she is almost really good at doing her business outside. 💩
It is time for Molly’s lunch and a nap with favourite toy – her very own elephant (compliments of granddaughter Genie💝).

That is it for today. Take care and have a great day!💞
Those eyes steel anyones heart.

What an adorable face. She looks to liking the rope toy, st least to carry around. She is making great progress and you are doing great getting her trained.

Thank you, Mags. I do some dedicated training with her and then try to reinforce all her new words. By the time she gets much bigger, it will be a whole lot harder. Have a great day!

You are welcome, Anne. You both are doing great and I feel that it will continue even as she grows larger. You also have a great day.

I remember a vet telling us every puppy will manage to destroy one thing you really value. In his case it had been a leather jacket he forgot to take off the back of a chair. For me it was the Gospel of John in my leather bound Bible. I guess one section was enough for her because she left the rest of the book alone!

I hope whatever Molly destroys is mine and not Dan’s. Whatever it is, neither of us owns anything more valuable than our dog.
