I was just out getting a bit of fresh air with Molly so I took a few photos to share. Our temperatures are pretty doable for January but we have enough snow, ice, and frost to last the season.

Welcome to our world of snow and ice for the next few months. Keep those photos of flowers and sunshine coming! 🌞🌸 🤗
Hi! Enjoy the walk but not the ice and frost! I’d say here in Ireland, we’ll get some in late January early febuary! xo

Hi Annemarie,
Nice pics. of Molly and the snow cover. I’m kind of jealous; all I have in my yard is greenish-brown grass and some leftover leaves. 😉 However, it’s just a matter of time before mine looks like yours and the grandkids are sliding down the backyard. Maybe I’ll join them – 🤔 not a good idea!

Thank you, Carol Anne. I can’t walk Molly right now as we would have to climb over huge banks of snow and dodge traffic to get anywhere. Luckily we have a big yard for Molly to play in. Have a good rest of the day! 🌞

The snow-covered trees are very beautiful! You can keep the snow though, Anne Marie. Molly blends in with the snow pretty well. ☺️

Thank you, Paul. We have more than enough to share but not sure how I would ship it to you. Our grandkids have a nice big toboggan hill in the park down the street but not sure if anyone can get to it. Our city charges residents a fine if we do not shovel our streetside sidewalks but they plow the snow from the streets onto the sidewalks that surround city property (parks and such). Bizarre system.

Thank you, John. She is impossible to see in the evening once it is dark out.

I’m glad you have a big yard that’s great plenty of scope for her to play then 🌟🎀

Yep. I would say you have about enough snow for the season.

It is very beautiful but I am grateful these days if we get a winter without much snow at all.

The ice and snow on the trees is really pretty. And speaking of ice, is that a chunk of ice Molly is chewing on?!!

You and me both! This year, I am just grateful that I don’t have to drive back and forth to work on it (in the dark). I love being retired. 😊

Thank you! And no. She has a little Milkbone on the patio and a plastic container under the tree. I filled the container with little rocks last spring and gave it to her as a toy. She loved playing with it but it drove Dan crazy. She finally destroyed it and got the rocks out but we haven’t gotten our hands on it to get rid of it yet. (She tends to hide her toys under the Cedars.)

I enjoyed your photos, especially since I’m not likely to see much snow. I adore watching snow falling, but there are many people who don’t want to see any at all.

Happy New Year Anne!! Molly is so adorable out in the snow. She looks so happy and she’s so beautiful. We are water logged down here, so much rain which we need but we need a break from it now. Another storm coming next week and it’s been raining for the last 24 hours straight. It’s nice to see snow photos! Thank you for sharing!! ❤️🐴🤠❤️

I have put on my coat and boots to go look for Molly when she was laying on the patio right in front of the back door. 🤦

It looks to me as if you are going to have a lot of snow for a long time. Miss Molly seems to be enjoying the snow. Stay safe and warm.

It is an experience. This year the worst thing is the abundance of snow. Crossing the street is an adventure.
