This is Day 272 of my Daily Food Diary! ๐
This is also September 30th – mere hours away from October. It is beautiful out now, with a bit of wind, and forecast to reach 29 degrees Celsius (84 F). ๐

I am having a good if somewhat muddled day, but I have been for a walk with Dan and Molly. I have done my aerobics. I am ready to start some laundry as soon as I am done my blog. And the plan is to clean the inside of the Jeep and do thirty minutes on the treadmill before supper.
My plan yesterday, was to do my treadmill but I tweaked my back walking Molly in the morning. After Dan rubbed it with CBD cream, I felt so much better I fell asleep at 8 pm and basically slept through the night. At some point I got off my recliner and went to bed. ๐

Wow, I hope your back does not become a problem for you, Anne, I deal with back pain every day to a greater or lesser degree. I’m glad that it’s so warm up there still! ๐๐จ๐ฆ

I have an issue with my lower back (slipped disk). I don’t normally notice it but sometimes Molly yanks on her leash and I feel it for a day or two. No biggy. โบ๏ธ

Great photos, Anne! Hope your back stays OK. Back injuries are a pain in the โฆ well, the back! Iโve increased my power walking distance to 4 km this week and have also increased my pace to the competitive pace (for my age) I was at pre-accident, and itโs going well.

That is great, Terry! It is so exciting to regain our strength and speed. It’s a reminder of all the potential we still have to strive for. ๐ค๐

Great photos, I really like the colors and the trees in the last one. Sure sorry to hear about your back, but glad the CBD cream helped. I hope it is all healed very soon.

I see, I use a hand held massage wand on the lower back and the neck and shoulders. Works great for getting sore muscles to heal quicker and helps with headaches.

Apparently it is very pretty, but down in a valley with so much thick vegetation that it is easy to lose balls. Dan was very excited that there wasn’t a thick bed of leaves on the fairway.

I used to find it very easy to lose balls on any course. ๐

I’ve never had that problem but then my longest drives were embarrassingly short.
