Just another day in June! We finished putting up our pool yesterday. With temperatures heading into the 30+ Celsius range on Saturday, we are right on time. We are supposed to see some rain this afternoon, but the sun is still shining so I may be helping nature out with the watering hose if things do not proceed as planned.
A few more photos that I took this morning:

That’s it for today. Take care and have a great day!
Just like a human baby, everything goes in Molly’s mouth! I hope she doesn’t gobble up your strawberries. Enjoy the sunshine.

The strawberry is in a hanging planter. If she gets big enough to eat out of it, we are in serious trouble. 😧

Molly looks adorable; that is a great photo of her. The strawberry looks scrumptious and perpect. The bleeding heart and merigold plants are pretty. Thank you for sharing your beautiful photos.

Molly says cedar branches are the original Greenies! Your strawberry looks luscious!

I am not a strawberry fan but I ate it and it was pretty good. (I told Dan to but he left it there so I couldn’t let it go to waste. 😂) Molly was eating a paper towel roll that she snatched out of our recycling box but I had a discussion with her about eating processed food so she switched.

Oh boy, I hope she won’t learn to get out of control. It’s never fun to have to use harder dicipline.

She seems to be calming down. That or she is experiencing another growth spurt – eat and sleep!

Hehe… never have seen a dog snacking on a cedar. And that says something; the dogs I grew up with were goat-tier extreme omnivores. They ate beans, cucumbers, willow branches, frogs, grasshoppers, grass, raspberries, *old horse manure*, magpies, rhubarb… anything.

One of our dogs would steal hot peppers out of my jacket pocket when I was picking them. My husband gave her a habanero and she never ate another hot pepper. Both of our last couple of dogs loved vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheese – pretty much anything except the stuff like chocolate, grapes, onions, and currants that we kept away from them. Old horse manure sounds tasty. We slept with them so that wouldn’t have gone over. 😧

I’ve never tried to grow strawberries before, but I’m thinking maybe I should. Good call on getting the pool set up. It’s real hot here in southern Ontario too!

I hope we get more than one day of hot weather this summer. So far, this Saturday seems to be it.

I hope your weather is better than ours down here in New Hampshire. It is downright blustery and chilly.

Yesterday was our first HOT day and it was pretty warm today. We have a fan in our bedroom window. This morning we caught Molly on our bed taking in the breeze. Oh oh!

I love the size of your strawberry, mine never got even close to that size so I gave up on them.

Ours have been tiny the past couple of years. And sour. This year they are way better!
